Ballet instructor (and now fitness celebrity) Michelle Khai was on my new Toshiba flat panel last night and I managed to find the infomercial I saw on YouTube:
Pretty sweet huh! I ordered myself a set of kettlebells from Kettlenetics along with the KB Elements, Flow Motion, Cardio Balanced and KB Target Toning DVDs. The kit includes a weight loss guidebook, a huge wall chart showing all of Michelle’s Kbell moves, a free 30-day pass to her online fitness club and a bunch of other stuff that I forgot already.
Time to get this body ready for the beach! I’ll let you know how it goes.
