Smooth, Toned ThighsLooking to get toned up? Need workout routines for toning? I was looking for the same thing this week and went through about a hundred websites trying to find the right ones. I eventually settled on some great online personal fitness training websites that have programs specific to toning up your body. Check out some free routines, register for a free traial, or join for personalized service:

  • HyperStrike has free 14-day trials and will create a personalized toning routine for you to test out.
  • iTrain has downloadable ipod videos and movies via their podcast fitness routines for members.
  • Bodybuilding.com has free personal fitness programs for those who are already in shape.

There are plenty of other free and paid online personal training websites and downloadable or printable workout routines for toning up your muscles. Just do a quick Google search or check out some of the sponsors on this page.

Personally, I hate going to the gym. I’d much rather turn on my favorite music and workout at home without the hassle of driving, parking, waiting for machines and getting dirty looks from little stick-figure girls on the treadmill. If you have the self-motivation to do it, I highly recommend an online or downloadable fitness program. Good luck with your toning routine!
